About your new role:

As an HR Advisor, you’ll partner with site managers across Victorian contract logistics locations to align people strategies with business goals. This is a hands-on, varied role covering the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, talent initiatives, and change management.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise on workforce planning, performance, and ER/IR matters
• Manage employee relations including investigations and grievances
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Partner on EBA negotiations and industrial matters
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and policy reviews
• Coach managers and support ongoing organisational change
This role may involve occasional travel and participation in after-hours meetings, with flexibility provided.

About you:

You’re a confident HR generalist with experience in fast-paced, blue-collar environments. You’re comfortable working independently, advising leaders, and handling complex employee relations matters.

You’ll bring:

• Relevant experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong ER/IR knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting predominantly blue-collar teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Confidence in facilitating training and using HR systems
